You can adjust your subscription at any time.
In the case you change to a cheaper subscription, the prices are only adjusted at the end of the contract period.
Please go to my.smartwatcher.com and log in (or ask your Admin to log in) with your email address and password of your choice. In the menu bar on the left you will find the item “Account details”.
Please select this and go to “Subscription” and then “Change subscription”.
Once here, select the subscription you want and press “Save”.
Please make sure that pop-up windows are allowed for the MySmartwatcher Portal.
