If your watch was purchased within 30 days, we ask that you return the watch directly to the place of purchase.
The following return conditions must be met:
- You canceled the subscription in the MySmartwatcher Portal
- The watch must be returned to the place where it was purchased within 30 days of purchase
- The original receipt or proof of purchase of the watch must be presented
- The watch must not be damaged
The watch must be in the original packaging, including the original charger and USB power adapter
