If you have decided that the watch is not what you are looking for, the following guidelines describe how you can return the watch to us. Please note that these guidelines only apply if you bought the watch through our Smartwatcher webshop and the purchase is no longer than 30 days ago.
Please read the guidelines below carefully to ensure you meet all the requirements for an easy and smooth return process. We thank you in advance.
The following return conditions must be met:
- You canceled the subscription in the MySmartwatcher Portal
- The watch must be returned to Smartwatcher Technologies AG within 30 days of purchase
- The original receipt or proof of purchase of the watch must be presented
- The watch must not be damaged
- The watch must be in the original packaging, including the original charger and USB power adapter
