You cannot trigger geolocation from the MySmartwatcher App. If you want to locate the personal safety alarm watch, you (or the Administrator) can do this via the MySmartwatcher Portal.
To do this, please go to “Map” and then “Start Geolocating”. The other Helpers will not be informed of the geolocation.
With the Family & Friends and Family & Friends PRO subscription, we recommend that at least one Helper has the MySmartwatcher App. It is not mandatory for the other Helpers of the personal safety alarm watch, unless they want to use the MySmartwatcher App to see the geolocation of the Wearer in case of an active alarm.
We particularly recommend that SALVE Helpers download the MySmartwatcher App. As a Helper, you can use the app to send photos, check various sensor data (such as volume, temperature or air quality) and start a video call.
The MySmartwatcher App is available in the Apple Store and the Google Play Store. You can download the App for free. As a Helper you can receive notifications and geolocations from the Smartwatcher device at no additional cost.
