Subscriptions

Outside of Switzerland, you have the option of SEPA payment in addition to debit and credit card payment.

In Switzerland, we can accept automated payments by debit and credit card only.

Manually we can create an invoice and send it to you. We kindly ask you to contact us at support@smartwatcher.com if necessary. Please note that invoicing by mail (physical) includes a shipping and handling fee of CHF 5.00 / EUR 5.00 is included. If the invoice is sent by email (online) we charge a handling fee of CHF 2.00 / EUR 2.00.

Our Smartwatcher devices can only be used with a Smartwatcher subscription. No alarm can be triggered without an active subscription. Our watches also don’t show the time without a subscription. The subscription is concluded upon registration.

You can trigger an alarm and speak directly to the professional call center to give them instructions about the new/changed information. You can add Helpers who will take action in case of an alarm and people who will only be informed about the situation.

Alternatively, you can send the change request to support@smartwatcher.com and we will then forward the changes to the professional call center.

You cannot adjust or view the data for the medical form in the MySmartwatcher Portal.

You can adjust your subscription at any time.

In the case you change to a cheaper subscription, the prices are only adjusted at the end of the contract period.

Please go to my.smartwatcher.com and log in (or ask your Admin to log in) with your email address and password of your choice. In the menu bar on the left you will find the item “Account details”.

Please select this and go to “Subscription” and then “Change subscription”.

Once here, select the subscription you want and press “Save”.

Please make sure that pop-up windows are allowed for the MySmartwatcher Portal.

Please go to my.smartwatcher.com and log in (or ask your Admin to log in) with your email address and password of your choice. In the menu bar on the left you will find the item “Account details”.

Please select it and go to “Subscription” and then “Cancel Subscription”. Our system will then guide you through the cancellation process.
